    Q.    What is your cancellation policy?
    A.    All cancellations must be verbally confirmed with our office. Cancellations verbally received 15 or more days prior to departure will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations verbally received from 14 days prior to the departure date up to the scheduled departure time will incur a cancellation fee. The amount will range from $100 up to the full amount of the trip depending on the time of cancellation.
    Q.     What is your payment policy?
    A.    A $100 per bus deposit is required within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to the departure date.
    Q.    What types of payment do you accept?
    A.    We accept Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
    Q.    Do you allow pets on the buses?
    A.    We only allow service dogs and must be given advance notice.
    Q.    Do you allow food and beverages on the bus?
    A.    Yes, we do allow food & beverages on the bus. We will require at least a $100 refundable cleaning deposit to be prepaid prior to departure. The deposit will be returned to you if the bus does not require additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning time.
    Q.    Are Driver Gratuities included in the cost of the trip?
    A.    Driver Gratuities may be included in the cost of the trip. Please confirm with our Charter Sales staff if a Driver Gratuity has been included, otherwise, we encourage you to tip the Driver directly.
    Q.    Do I have to pay for bus parking?
    A.    All incidental charges that occur before or during the course of the trip are the responsibility of the group chartering the buses. These charges may include: parking, tolls, and entrance fees etc.
    Q.    Can I request a driver?
    A.    Yes, you may request your favorite driver. Due to the challenges of dispatching multiple buses and drivers on a daily basis, we may not always be able to honor your driver requests. We will try our best to honor all requests.
    Q.    Are your drivers and buses certified to transport students?
    A.    Our drivers and buses are School Pupil Activity Bus (SPAB) certified according to the rules and regulations set forth by the California Department of Education, California Highway Patrol, and the California Department of Transportation.
